There’s a saying, ‘Those who can’t do, teach or consult.’ Mindful of that, I’ve made it my job to get practical experience of doing what I coach and train others to do! I’ve been employed in the public and private sectors, and continue to be an Assistant Director in the world’s largest business networking organisation, BNI. I’ve experienced the business world from many different points of view.

Helping people to develop through coaching and training seems to be in my genes. I started out training people in information and writing skills. Later, I focused on personal, professional and business development. I even used to train engineers to SCUBA dive, in my spare time.
